All materials in the scene are material instances who are children of a master material. The master material includes support for Packed Channels, Textures, Variance Masks, Hue and Value shift, Blending Overlays, Detail Normals, and Various Tiling Options.
Other features of the scene include Particle Systems for fire and light produced by fireplace and lanterns, Generated LODs for all meshes, as well as Lightmaps.
